T'is difficult for me to speak of self, but I will try to give you a "cameo" of who I am and what makes me tick. I was born in the department of "Cote d'Or" in Burgundy, France. My interest in art started in Poligny, Jura, France where "dessin" was part of the school curriculum, I was then about 12 years old. The desire of painting never left me since. I have always been influenced by every place I lived in or visited, but my muse did not visit me until I immigrated in the U.S.A. and found myself in Maine where the beauty of its coast, harbours, fishing boats awakened my soul. After a few years California was my next stop,actually the Coachella Valley, specifically Palm Springs, it is there that I discovered abstract acrylic

painting, and found pure joy in it. Canada has been a wonderful source of subjects to paint mostly British Columbia, Vancouver Island, the Yukon, and so was Alaska. My latest work shows the southwest mostly Arizona New-Mexico and Texas where I reside. I love Native Americans, Santa Fe, Taos, the pueblos and the gorgeous palette that this area brings forth. So, abstract and figurative art is constant in the paintings, but it must be said that everything I do is a total spiritual experience for me. I hope you enjoyed your visit. God Bless and merci.
